a tree?
I feel like all of my sketches are way too ...line-y? Compared to my old drawings they seem completely different. I'm not sure I like the change. People talk about the natural evolution/progression of someone's style, but what if you prefer the old to the new? I almost feel like I'm backsliding....

your style is fantastic. don't feel like you are digressing! if anything, it looks like you are developing your own personal style. you're not going to have any problems getting a job. keep up the great work!

Ooooh! You know what that first one reminds me of? On the Lindsey Lohan Parent Trap, there's a framed sketch on the nightstand in the mom's bedroom. It's so simple and sophisiticated. I always tried drawing something like that because I really liked the look of the framed... almost doodle. If you ever watch that movie again you should look for it and you'll see what I mean. :)
